12:39 Request from Forth MRSC for ALB Lifeboat to launch and assist FV 'Lea Rig'
taking on wtaer off Fife Ness with 2 crew on board.
ALB launched and quickly on scene, to take over the tow from FV 'Westhaven'
which had given assistance. 14:10 ALB returned to Anstruther harbour with 'Lea Rig' in tow.

00:30 Crew recalled to rehouse the Lifeboat at Anstruther

(21' Pilot boat 'Sea Wolf') with engine failure & 3 persons onboard off Crail drifting with anchor. 17:41 ALB alongside and 2 persons taken on board and casualty under tow.
16:30 back in Anstruther ILB launched to assist low water tow into harbour. 3 persons landed safely & boat alongside.

16:37 ALB launched and located casualty returning to Anstruther, vessel had fouled propeller
and one crew member had gone over the side to clear- escorted to Anstruther,
no further assistance required

off Port Seaton.  Kinghorn ILB also on scene, having previously taken off 5 of the 7 persons onboard.
22:13 ALB launched on scene at 23:29 & the casualty towed off by ALB.
MFV managed to restart engine and make own way to Cockenzie harbour.
ALB released and back in Anstruther harbour at 01:30

below cliffs at Kingcraig Elie.
21:53 on scene & 5 persons transferred from shore by ILB to ALB in difficult swell amongst rocks, one person in stretcher (area being illuminated by
ALB searchlights & flares)
22:50 Landed safely at Pittenweem & transferred to waiting ambulance ALB remained in Pittenweem overnight due to tidal restrictions, ILB rehoused at 23:50 06:30 Crew mustered to rehouse ALB at Anstruther

between Pittenweem & Elieness with engine failure & 3 persons aboard. 20:15 ALB on scene & vessel taken in tow, one person onboard suffering
slight hypothermia, treated on lifeboat. 20:20 ALB returned to Anstruther 20:30 Casualty safely alongside crew members checked out by ambulance paramedics arranged by Coastguard - no further assistance required,

confirmed no fire but vessel had engine problems & unsure of position.

off Anstruther harbour reporting engine failure. 15:19 ILB alongside casualty which had managed to restart engine. ILB escorted vessel into Anstruther harbour - no further assistance required, 15:30 released from SAR OPS and returned to exercise

12:39 Forth MRSC requested launch after report of Ferry / Diveboat Thistle BE 2 with mechanical
problems off the Isle of May with a party of 12 divers some of whom were in the water.
ILB & ALB launched, casualties picked up by ILB transferred to ALB and landed safely
at North Berwick. ILB returned to Anstruther and ALB  towed Thistle BE2 to harbour
 - no further assistance required.

ALB launched and on scene 20:30. MFV managed to restore power being escorted to Pittenweem harbour.

off Elie.
15:45 ILB on scene casualty safely ashore. 16:05 ALB on scene-dinghy recovered and towed
into Elie harbour.
16:30 No further assistance required - continued with exercise.

taking on water with one person onboard off Fife Ness. Both Lifeboat launched and when alongside the casualty, pump put aboard and taken in tow to Crail Harbour lying off awaiting tide - 11:20 casualty taken into harbour by ILB
11:50 Lifeboat back at Anstruther harbour refuelled & ready for service.

13:41 Request from MRSC Forth for ALB  to launch to report of ex-fishing vessel
'North Star' taking on water approximately 5 miles off Fife Ness. Lifeboat launched and by 14:30 was along side with 2 crew & salvage pump assisting. Dunbar ALB was also on scene and assisted in the escort to Anstruther harbour. 15:45 Lifeboat back at Anstruther harbour with 'North Star' and crew safely on shore. 17:45 Lifeboat refuelled & ready for service.

12:14 Request from MRSC Forth for ALB  to launch to report of fishing vessel
'Ancra' with loss of power off Elie. Lifeboat launched and established that the FV was at anchor & holding. Vessel towed to Elie harbour. No further assistance required.
23:28 Lifeboat back at Anstruther harbour, awaiting high tide to rehouse. 20:30 Lifeboat refuelled & ready for service.
